This Privacy Policy describes the way in which vid.E (UK) Ltd. deals with the information and data you provide to us. By accepting this Privacy Policy you agree that you understand and accept the use of your personal information as set out in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy please do not use the Website or otherwise provide us with your personal information.

WHAT WE COLLECT

The information and data about you which we may collect, use and process includes the following:

  • Your responses to Values Exchange surveys, used for educational purposes

PARTICIPANT DATA

The specific personal data we collect are limited to that provided to us by Keele University: first name, last name and email address. You may also voluntarily provide us with your ethnicity, gender, year of birth and level of study at the University.

If you wish you can enter a pseudonym and/or a false email address. You can also elect to be anonymous. We encourage Values Exchange users to attach their names to their views – but this is entirely voluntary.

HOW WE USE COOKIES

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyse results of our educational surveys.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. We use this information for statistical analysis purposes only, and then the data is removed from the system.

We will keep the personal data you have provided for as long as we have a relationship with you; once that relationship has ended we will retain it in accordance with this Policy only for as long as we reasonably require it to comply with internal policies and any legal or regulatory obligations.  It will then be deleted and / or destroyed.  

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time, so please review it frequently.

If any material changes are made to this Privacy Policy we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you in advance by email, notice on the Website or other agreed communications channels.  We will communicate the changes to you in advance, giving an appropriate amount of time for you to consider and understand the changes before they become effective.

We will not enforce material changes to the Privacy Policy without your express consent.  If you decline to accept the changes to the Privacy Policy, or otherwise do not accept the changes within the time period, we may not be able to continue to provide some our educational services.
